With over 33 years in public finance, Rajeev Gupta played a pivotal role in modernizing Jharkhand’s treasury operations, bringing transparency and efficiency to grassroots governance. He later carried this expertise into the private sector with leadership roles at PwC India and JSW Steel, where he bridged policy and strategy — notably driving the GST transition for Jharkhand.

Today, Rajeev is fully dedicated to public impact. Through platforms like TEDxKanke and the Ideate Inspire Ignite (i3) Foundation, he is on a bold mission: to empower 1 million young minds by 2030 — through transformative education, purposeful mentorship, and community-driven action.
